All requests to cancel a confirmed holiday itinerary, customized route schedule, or dedicated transport hire configuration managed by SS GLOBAL TRAVEL SOLUTIONS must be submitted formally through our digital messaging console or via email. Phone conversations or informal chat requests will not be acknowledged as verified timestamps for cancellation calculations.
2. Timeframe Matrix & Deductions
Because transportation assets and local hotel blocks are securely locked in ahead of schedule, cancellation liabilities are determined by the precise date your written request reaches our desk:
- 30 Days or more before departure date: A standard administrative cancellation charge of 10% of the total package value applies.
- 15 to 29 Days before departure date: A retention charge of 50% of the total package value applies.
- Less than 14 Days before departure date: 100% cancellation fee applies. No adjustments can be executed.
3. Dynamic Route Postponement
If you prefer to amend or postpone your targeted departure matrix rather than cancel completely, your request must be lodged at least 20 days prior to travel. All amendments remain at the absolute discretion of our team and are subject to active regional hotel availability, seasonal tariff variations, and a minor script-reprocessing convenience fee.
4. Force Majeure & Operator Cancellations
In rare instances where extreme mountain pass weather conditions, sudden roadblocks, or structural route hazards force our planning crew or safety-vetted transportation pilots to call off a journey, you will be presented with alternative itinerary configurations. If no alternative options match your travel framework, a standard cancellation waiver is applied.
